Saturdays & Sundays 9am - 6pm (in-person) some of the classes will be outdoors and at a private luxury property in San Diego that feels like a retreat. This is an exclusive experience for small group.
Office hours: Mondays & Thursdays from 2-4pm (not required but you will have an opportunity to have an one-on-one over the phone with Elka)

Where is Elka Teaching?
Elka is teaching in a few yoga studios in San Diego and she is also offering exclusively for small group at her private space “Casita de Yoga”. RSVP is required as class is limited. This is not a regular yoga studio, it is a sanctuary in the heart of San Diego where students won’t only having a yoga class but an amazing experience.

Sunday’s at 11am-YOGA IN THE PARK- Outdoors Yoga at Balboa Park (6th Avenue & Laurel). All levels class. A perfect way to start your Sunday. Class on donation based. Everyone is welcome. Kids and pets friendly.
Monday’s at 9:00am-10am Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa Flow at South Park Yoga & Wellness
Tuesday’s at 9:15-10:30 Vinyasa Flow at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas
Tuesday’s at 4-5pmn Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa at Hapa Yoga
Private Sessions in Person or Online (individual or groups)
Private Yoga- First Class for one person for one hour and half (including yoga assessment) $175
Private Yoga Class for one person for One Hour $120
Private yoga class for a group $30 per person. Minimum of $300
Private Yoga 5 One-Hour Classes Package $550 (save $50)
Private Yoga 10 One-Hour Classes Package $1,000 (big saving $200)
It is highly recommended to have at least 2 private sessions per week with you Elka for you to feel the full transformative experience. If you are not satisfied with the results after two months, Elka will refund your investment.
